About shipments

As the shipping cost?

To the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) 24H/48H: €4.90 from €39 FREE

To the Balearic Islands 72h: €6.90, from €100 FREE.

To Europe: 72h: €9.90, from €100 FREE.

What is the deadline?

Normally, your order is delivered in 1 or 2 business days. However, due to the current situation we are experiencing, the order period could be extended up to 3 business days. If the order is placed during the weekend or a holiday, it does not begin to be prepared until the next business day.

If the situation arises that after the deadline you have not received your order or a notice of delivery, contact us to be able to correct the problem as soon as possible.

Do we ship products outside of Spain?

Yes, we ship products to: Europe, the US and Mexico at the moment. Even so, if you are in another country, write to us and we will add it.

Shipments to the Canary Islands?

We do not send products to the Canary Islands.

What methods of payment do we accept?

You can pay with the vast majority of credit and debit cards. In addition we also accept:

  • Bizum

American Express.

Cash on delivery payments are not accepted.

I want to change the shipping address

If you have not yet received the email informing you that your order has left our facilities, contact us and we will make the change

10% discount code email

To obtain a 10% discount you must subscribe to our newsletter or our SMS Club.

You will receive the discount code (wait a bit and also look in your spam). You must agree to receive marketing in order to receive discounts.

Also from 05/2021 when you sign up for our newsletter you will participate in the monthly draw for a Crescent Moon.


  • If your order has not left our facilities: contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it immediately.
  • If it is already on its way: wait to receive it and return it. Once we have it back and verify that everything is fine, we will refund the full amount.
  • If it were the case that the order cannot be delivered up to two times, the product will be returned to our facilities. Then, we will refund the amount of the same, discounting the shipping and return costs

Return policy

Can I return a product?

We accept the return of products in the first 30 days from receipt of the order, provided they have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Once received and we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will make the full refund through the same means of payment that you used to pay for the order. Do not worry about both the shipping and the return are on our account.

The only thing we ask of you is that both the product and its packaging reach us in perfect condition; if not, we will not be able to make the refund
